The rigid type stranding machine is non back twist stranding. It is suitable for armoring of copper, round aluminum wire,pre-twist sector conductor and steel wires armoring cables.
Provide side lower and front automatic loading mechanism according to the customer's site and requirements.
Provide aerodynamic resistance and electromagnetic brake to control tension, keep the tension constant according to the requirements.
The cage adopts the ground shaft transmission structure, each cage is driven by an independent motor with the electrical control synchronization.
The machine is provided with MMI+PLC control system for pre-setting stranding pitch, stranding direction, automatic tension compensation control and for speed synchronization with the pulling capstan and the take up unit.
Our rigid stranding machines include functions such as overline protection and overvoltage protection.
